The Alexander Technique is a way of learning how to use your body more efficiently.
I give one-to-one lessons in the technique in Seaford, East Sussex, and at certain times in London.
As well as reducing muscular and joint pain, lessons can improve breathing, voice, confidence, digestion, stress, natural poise and ease of movement.
The technique can also aid recovery from injury and help those with issues following pregnancy or conditions that affect movement such as ME (myalgic encephalopathy), arthritis and Parkinson’s disease.
